- All MORTGAGE ASSISTANT services free of charge - consultation, completion of documents, communication with the cadastral office and the bank, supervision of the entire approval process and subsequent drawdown

WE PROVIDE
STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS
- The reservation fee is CZK 100,000 plus VAT
- 20% of the total purchase price upon signing the Future Purchase Contract (incl. reservation fee)
- Payment of the remainder of the purchase price only after building approval
