The MOCCA Residence offers apartments in the high PREMIUM standard, which is synonymous with modern living.
High standard
The standard includes branded materials from the world's leading manufacturers of ceramics, tiles and bathroom taps. The wooden and aluminium windows have triple glazing, offering perfect insulation both in summer and winter. Selected flats on the top floors have electric window blinds installed. All other windows are prepared for the installation of electric window blinds. The wooden floors are three-layered; the floor and wall tiles are large-format in a modern design and several colours.
Convenience
The underground floors provide the owners with garage parking, brick-built cellars, a stroller storage room, a workshop and a bike washer. Some locations will be kitted out ready for the installation of an EV charging station. There will also be a spacious, multi-purpose exercise room freely available to all owners yoga and fitness.
Modern and economical living
All apartments are heated with hot-water underfloor heating and equipped with heat-recovery air exchange technology, which saves on heating costs. The apartments on the top floors are equipped with air-conditioning units.

In cooperation with our long-established partner, Hanák Ateliery, we are now offering our clients the option to have their interior fitted out to suit them. This is offered in two categories: SMART, designed more for investment flats, and LIVING, designed mainly for home buyers. The two categories differ in materials, surfaces and equipment, as well as in price, of course.
